Rourke is a bluff-faced, well-worn bruiser who runs a bar called the Bad Penny in the Redmond Barrens. He doesn’t take any shit from anyone and his bar is a well respected neutral ground because of it.

Rourke is ex-military, possibly UCAS or CAS. He also worked freelance as a mercenary for a while. But now he’s ‘retired’ to tend his bar. He has taken a sort of shine to the team as he helps to guide them with his tough-love drill sergeant style of instruction. He doesn’t seem to think they’ll survive long in the shadows without help.
