General Assumptions

Commlink Standards:
The standard Commlink defaults to Active mode. Unless told otherwise, that is what I will assume that this is the default setting of all PC ’links.

I will also assume that a Commlink is only running it’s basic operating system unless told otherwise.

Laying Low:
Unless told otherwise, I will assume that each character is simply staying in their primary residence and taking no special precautions other than generally refraining from going out.
